Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select DoseToData. You can cancel there at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase. We aren't able to issue refunds directly.
Where is my health data stored?
On your device, and — if you subscribe — synced through your own iCloud account. It is never uploaded to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your tracking data at any time from within the app. To request permanent deletion of any data associated with your device, email us and we'll process the request within 30 days.
A note on medical questions
We can help with the app — bugs, subscriptions, syncing, and features. We can't advise on medications, symptoms, or treatment. DoseToData is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Please talk to a qualified healthcare provider about anything clinical, and call your local emergency number if you think you may have a medical emergency.
